Rowdy Ridge Gang Camp is always seeking enthusiastic volunteers
and we take pride on the success of our volunteer program.
We recognize the benefit that organizations like ours can
receive by having caring people become involved. In turn,
our goal is to provide an optimal learning environment for
our volunteers committed to making a difference.

Rowdy
Ridge Camp volunteers attend one of the six weeklong
sessions at our campsite located in the San Gabriel
Mountains. Under the guidance of full time staff members,
our volunteer counselors join our staff in providing
a safe and enjoyable time for our campers.
Minimum
Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Desire
and ability to work with children and adults
outdoors.
- Ability
to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexible
and adaptable to change.
- Ability
to supervise groups of children, assess behavior
appropriateness and enforce safety, emergency and
proper behavior management techniques.
- Commitment
of six (6) consecutive days.
- High
school graduate and at least 18 years of age.
- A
strong desire to be of service.
